The check-in for Cinderella’s Royal Table is located towards the backside of the Castle near Fantasyland. You can either check in with the cast member outside or through the My Disney Experience app.

Once checked in, your magical experience begins inside the majestic Grand Hall. Here, is where you'll wait for your party to be announced, and you can join the line for the meet-and-greet with Cinderella.

While waiting, I was delighted to spot Jaq & Gus keeping watch from the rafters above—a cute detail that added to the enchanting atmosphere.

Then, I was personally greeted by Cinderella herself. She spent time chatting with me and taking photos. If you have any children, she is also happy to do autographs. You'll just need to make sure that your kids have their autograph books open and ready to go by the time you get up to her.

Cinderella was incredibly charming, and I adored her! She is everything you hope she would be—gracious, kind, and enchanting.

After meeting Cinderella, we ascended a spiral staircase adorned with a beautiful stained glass window of Cinderella before arriving at the grand banquet room.

The banquet room is a sight to behold with its soaring archways, medieval flags, and spectacular stained glass windows overlooking Fantasyland. The dining area itself isn’t very big, so it gives you a more intimate experience.

We were fortunate to get a table right next to the window, offering a magical view throughout our meal.

Our Lunch Menu

Cinderella’s Royal Table is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, offering a flat price per person for the entire experience. During our visit for lunch, each guest chose one appetizer of the court, one entrée royale, and one finale or dessert.

I started my meal with the Jumbo Shrimp, which was presented beautifully, and was just as good as it looked!

Our second appetizer was the Braised Beef, which we requested to be medium rare, and it was cooked perfectly. It was a burst of flavor that just melts in your mouth.

For our entrées, I opted for the Grilled Filet Mignon which I asked for medium rare, and also cooked perfectly and was delicious.

Noah chose the Roasted Lamb Chops, which came with warm Winter Squash Salad, Pomegranate, Pistachios, and Honey Balsamic Reduction. These were perfectly cooked and delicious—you can’t go wrong with this choice.

We finished our lunch with “Jaq & Gus,” which is a seasonal cheesecake which was super creamy and delicious. If you love cheesecake, this would be a great choice!

We also enjoyed their signature dessert, “The Clock Strikes Twelve,” a delicious Dark Chocolate Tart served with a caramel coffee mousse which ended up being my favorite! The tart was velvety and paired perfectly with the mousse! It is definitely a must-try!

Cinderella's Royal Table Character Meet and Greet

As you dine, Disney princesses will visit each table for meet-and-greets and photo opportunities. There are four different princesses, though the characters are subject to change, so there's no guarantee who will be present on any given day. Each princess is announced as they make their entrance to the banquet room. During our visit, we had the pleasure of meeting Jasmine, Aurora, Ariel, and Merida. It's a delightful experience to chat with them for a moment. Don’t worry if you’re unsure what to say—they're excellent at keeping the conversation flowing, so there’s never an awkward silence.

Magical Souvenirs and Wishing Ceremony

Before leaving, I received a few more souvenirs, including an autograph card with all the princesses' signatures. Plus, Noah and I both got plastic swords adorned with the Cinderella's Royal Table emblem.

My server also gave each guest a Wishing Star. During the meal, there was a wishing ceremony where everyone was encouraged to raise their wishing stars into the air and make a wish. The ceiling then started twinkling with everyone's wishes.

Tips and Tricks for Dining at Cinderella's Royal Table

  1. Book Early: Reservations for Cinderella’s Royal Table are highly sought after. Book as soon as your reservation window opens, which is at 5 a.m. 60 days before your Magic Kingdom Day. I usually set an alarm and a calendar reminder so that I don't forget. Keep checking for cancellations if you don’t secure a spot right away.

  2. Dress the Part: Young guests...and adults are encouraged to dress up as their favorite princesses or characters. This can enhance the magical experience, especially during meet-and-greet opportunities.

  3. Plan Your Timing: If you want a more relaxed dining experience, consider booking a late breakfast or early lunch. These times are often less crowded.

  4. Celebrate Special Occasions: Let the staff know if you’re celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or any special occasion. Disney often adds magical touches to make your celebration even more memorable.

  5. Use the Disney Dining Plan: If you’re on the Disney Dining Plan, remember that Cinderella’s Royal Table requires two Table Service meal credits. This can be a good value if you maximize the use of your dining plan.

  6. Explore the Castle: Make sure to spend some time exploring Cinderella’s Castle. The intricate details and décor are worth admiring.

  7. Check the Menu Ahead of Time: Familiarize yourself with the menu options before you go. This can help you make quicker decisions and ensure there’s something for everyone in your party.

  8. Photography Tips: The lighting inside the banquet room can be dim especially if you have dinner reservations. If you’re planning to take photos, consider using a camera with good low-light performance or adjusting your phone’s settings.

  9. Budget for Extras: While the meal is a flat rate, there are a few extras you might want to budget for, such as specialty drinks.

  10. Enjoy the Moment: With all the excitement, it’s easy to get caught up in taking photos and videos. Remember to take a moment to just enjoy the magical experience and create lasting memories with your loved ones.
