After a long-awaited reopening, this iconic restaurant has unveiled a refreshed look, an updated menu, and a captivating lineup of characters that promise to make every meal magical.

Where is 1900 Park Fare located?


1900 Park Fare is located in the elegant Grand Floridian Resort & Spa in Disney World.


If you are staying on Disney property, using Disney transportation is the easiest way to get to the Grand Floridian. The Grand Floridian is on the monorail line and is easily accessible from Magic Kingdom by taking the resort line.


If you're driving, you can choose between self-parking or valet. Self-parking is free but is in a separate lot for dining guests and is a short 5-minute walk from the Grand Floridian. However, spaces are very limited. So, you may need to make a few rounds before grabbing a spot.


How much does the breakfast or dinner cost at 1900 Park Fare?


1900 Park Fare offers both breakfast and dinner, all served buffet-style. The cost for breakfast is $54 per adult and $34 per child, while dinner is priced at $66 per adult and $41 per child.


1900 Park Fare is part of the Disney Dining Plan and costs one Table Service meal point per person.


How do you book a reservation at 1900 Park Fare?


The easiest way to book a reservation is through the My Disney Experience App on your phone or online.


Can you visit 1900 Park Fare if you're not staying at the Grand Floridian?


Absolutely! You can definitely visit 1900 Park Fare even if you're not staying at the Grand Floridian or any other Disney Hotel. Reservations are open to all guests.

What is the Atmosphere like at 1900 Park Fare?


The atmosphere at 1900 Park Fare is inspired by magical stories and Victorian pastimes. The restaurant's decor takes you back to the early 20th century, featuring carousel theming and 12 beautiful impressionist-style Disney portraits crafted by Disney artists. The centerpiece is a stunning turn-of-the-century organ from France, known as Big Bertha, which has been a part of the Grand Floridian since 1988.


What characters can you meet at 1900 Park Fare?


As you dine, you’ll meet four classic Disney characters known for making wishes come true. During our visit, we encountered:


  • Cinderella in her beautiful blue ball gown.

  • Aladdin dressed in his regal prince outfit.

  • Princess Tiana from The Princess and the Frog in her bayou adventure outfit.

  • Mirabel from Encanto in her themed dress.


Keep in mind that characters' appearances may vary. Each guest receives Wish Makers cards with character signatures and space to write your own wish. During the meal, enjoy a short Wish ceremony narrated by Jiminy Cricket!

What is the Menu at 1900 Park Fare?


The menu at 1900 Park Fare is an all-you-can-eat American buffet. You'll start your dining experience with a selection from the drinks menu, including specialty cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. Sodas are included with the buffet.


The dinner buffet includes a variety of options such as:


  • Tiana’s Gumbo with spicy Andouille sausage over steamed Jasmine rice.

  • Chicken Noodle Soup

  • Fresh Peel and Eat Shrimp with cocktail sauce.

  • Roasted Garlic Sausage

  • Curry Roasted Chicken

  • Baked Salmon

  • Impossible Merguez Sausage with Zucchini noodles.

  • Prime Rib at the carving station.


Sides include:


  • Macaroni and Cheese

  • Creamy Mashed Potatoes

  • Green Beans

  • Glazed Carrots

  • Buttered Corn

  • Pasta with Olive Oil or Marinara Sauce

  • Turkey Meatballs


The full salad bar features:


  • Couscous Salad

  • Mediterranean Kale Salad

  • Broccoli Slaw

  • Fresh Fruit Salad

  • Loaded Potato Salad


For kids and picky eaters, enjoy classics like chicken nuggets and pizza.


Desserts include the famous Grand Floridian Strawberry Soup with strawberries and whipped cream, vanilla cupcakes, lemon blueberry cheesecake, warm chocolate cake, toasted coconut cake with passion fruit custard and hibiscus crème, and a Grand Floridian Financier.


Everything we tried was fantastic, but the prime rib, Tiana’s gumbo, peel and eat shrimp, and salmon stood out as my favorites.

The strawberry soup is also must-try, especially if you enjoy a light strawberry yogurt!

Is 1900 Park Fare Worth it?


Absolutely! The dining experience at 1900 Park Fare is worth every penny. The food is not only delicious but also diverse. From the iconic Strawberry Soup to Tiana's flavorful Gumbo, the buffet offers something for everyone.


The character experience is top-notch and truly magical. The characters are engaging and ensure that every guest gets personal attention. During our visit, there were moments when one of the characters arrived at our table while my husband was away and they graciously circled back around when he returned. That way, he didn't miss out on the experience. Additionally, one of the cast members made a final stop at our table to make sure that we got to meet every character.


Tips & Tricks


Here are a few tips to make the most of your visit to 1900 Park Fare:


  1. Book Early: Reservations for 1900 Park Fare fill up quickly, especially during peak seasons. Make sure to book as early as possible to secure your desired time slot. If you have Disney Resort Hotel Reservations, you can book the reservations for your entire length of stay (up to 10 nights) 60 days in advance. This can help you secure hard-to-book restaurants since you'll get access to them before the general public. All other guests can make reservations at 5:45 a.m. 60 days in advance.

  2. Arrive Hungry: The buffet offers a wide variety of delicious dishes, so come with an appetite to make the most of the experience. Don’t forget to save room for dessert, especially the famous Strawberry Soup and other sweet treats!

  3. Interact with Characters: The character interactions are a highlight of dining at 1900 Park Fare. Take your time to enjoy and engage with each character. Don't worry if you don't know what to say, they are all very good at keeping the conversation flowing and can make even the shyest guest feel special.

  4. Plan Your Visit Around Park Hours: If you’re visiting the Magic Kingdom, consider scheduling your meal at 1900 Park Fare before or after your time in the park. The restaurant is easily accessible via the monorail.

  5. Explore the Grand Floridian: Take some time to explore the beautiful Grand Floridian Resort & Spa before or after your meal. The Victorian-themed decor and luxurious ambiance are worth a visit on their own.
