Looking for one of the most immersive dining experiences at Walt Disney World? Be Our Guest Restaurant lets you step inside the story of Beauty and the Beast and dine inside the Beast’s enchanted castle—right in the heart of Fantasyland in Magic Kingdom.

From the moment you walk across the stone bridge and through the castle doors, you’re in for a royal treat. Whether you’re planning a romantic dinner, a special celebration, or just want to say you’ve dined with the Beast, here’s everything you need to know.

Be Our Guest is a feast for the eyes as much as the stomach. The restaurant is split into three dining areas that feel like they've been lifted straight from the classic animated film.

The Grand Ballroom is the most iconic room, with its soaring ceilings, glittering chandeliers, and soft snow falling just outside the tall windows. It’s bright, regal, and elegant—perfect for guests looking for that fairy tale experience.

For those who love the moodier side of the story, the West Wing offers a more dramatic setting. It’s dimly lit with flashes of lightning and features the enchanted rose glowing in the corner. It’s dark, mysterious, and incredibly atmospheric.

The Rose Gallery, on the other hand, is the quietest of the three. At the center of the room is a massive music box with Belle and the Beast dancing. It’s a lovely, peaceful spot and tends to be a bit less busy than the other two rooms.

What Kind of Food Is Served at Be Our Guest Restaurant?

Dinner at Be Our Guest is a prix fixe, three-course experience that stands out as one of the most refined meals you can get inside Magic Kingdom. Which means you pay one flat price for a 3 course meal.

It begins with your choice of one appetizer, followed by choice of one entree, and finally either the Dessert Trio or the Plant Based dessert.

Dessert is served as a trio, giving you a taste of multiple treats without having to choose just one.

The Grey Stuff—made famous in the song—is one of the desserts included, and yes, it really is delicious. Alongside it, you’ll often find a macaron and a chocolate tart to round out the sweet course.

And kids get their own special treats! During our visit our nephew, Kaysen, tried the kids trio which includes edible paints that they can use to paint a white chocolate "Chip" cup!

Is Be Our Guest Restaurant Worth the Cost?

Suits of Armor Inside Beast's Castle

This is one of the most expensive dining options inside Magic Kingdom, with dinner priced at around $72 per adult and $43 per child (as of this writing). That said, for many guests, the experience is well worth the cost. The theming alone makes this restaurant one-of-a-kind. Dining in the Beast’s castle feels like stepping into a storybook, and the upscale French cuisine sets it apart from other park restaurants.

The food is beautifully plated and thoughtfully prepared, offering something more than your average park meal.

And if you're lucky, the Beast may even make a special appearance during your dinner, which adds a touch of character magic to your evening.

Can You Meet the Beast at Be Our Guest?

While Be Our Guest is not considered a character dining experience, the Beast does occasionally make appearances during dinner hours. He typically walks through the dining rooms and waves to guests, though he doesn’t stop at individual tables. Sometimes, guests may have the opportunity to take a photo with him in a designated area, but this is not guaranteed.

If you're looking for Belle, her meet and greet is located nearby at the Enchanted Tales with Belle.

Be Our Guest is one of the hardest reservations to get in Magic Kingdom, so it's best to plan ahead. Dining reservations open 60 days in advance, and this restaurant often books up quickly. Being flexible with your times can help—aiming for an early or late dinner slot might improve your chances.

The My Disney Experience app is your best friend for tracking openings and cancellations. You can also use the app on the day of your visit to check for walk-up availability. It's not always guaranteed, but it’s worth trying if you didn’t snag a reservation ahead of time.
